Legacy Starts Now

The largest wealth transfer in history has begun. For many clients, the ultimate “win” for effective estate planning is to achieve tax-efficient wealth transfer to support their personal and philanthropic impact goals.

This session will look at current trends surrounding the great wealth transfer and share planning strategies and practice tips for professional advisors to help their clients build thriving family legacies and equip future generations for generosity.

Attendees will learn:

  • How to integrate strategic charitable giving opportunities with traditional family wealth transfer plans to effectively increase funding for charitable family legacies while also reducing potential tax liabilities.
  • How to enhance traditional family wealth transfer strategies, such as Irrevocable Life Insurance Trusts, Family Limited Partnerships, and Installment Sales to Intentionally Defective Grantor Trusts.
  • How to counsel clients to plan and build thriving family legacies powered by generosity.
