Robert C. Doll, CFA®
President and Chief Executive Officer, Chief Investment Officer, Crossmark Global Investments
Bob joined Crossmark in May 2021 as Chief Investment Officer (CIO) and assumed the additional roles of President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in January 2024. Bob provides strategy for the firm, oversees the management team, guides the investment teams at Crossmark and also serves as portfolio manager for multiple Crossmark large-cap strategies. He utilizes his more than 40 years of industry experience and expertise to provide weekly and quarterly investment commentaries, as well as annual market predictions. Bob is a regular guest and contributor to multiple media outlets such as Bloomberg TV, Fox Business News, CNBC and Faith & Finance Live Radio. Prior to arriving at Crossmark, he held the roles of Senior Portfolio Manager and Chief Equity Strategist at Nuveen (2012-2021) and Blackrock (2006-2012), President and Chief Investment Officer at Merrill Lynch Investment Managers (1999-2006), and Chief Investment Officer at Oppenheimer Funds, Inc. (1987-1999).
Bob graduated from Lehigh University with a B.S. in Accounting and a B.A. in Economics. He later went on to earn an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) designation, as well as the FINRA Series 7 and 63 securities licenses.
Bob dedicates his time as choir director at his local church and also serves on a number of boards including the Alliance of Confessing Evangelicals, Cairn University, Christianity Today, Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary, Kingdom Advisors, The Lausanne Movement, Movement.org, New Canaan Society, and Word of Life Fellowship.
Bob and his wife Leslie currently reside in Princeton, New Jersey and have three children and one grandchild.
Jeff Waldron, JD
Gift Planning Attorney, National Christian Foundation
Jeff Waldron serves as a Gift Planning Attorney with The National Christian Foundation (NCF) where he assists individuals and families to achieve their charitable goals through the gifting of complex assets.
Prior to joining NCF, Jeff was a partner in a large Minneapolis law firm. In private practice, Jeff served closely held companies and their owners in the areas of business planning, mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions, succession planning, tax planning, and wealth preservation. Jeff obtained his law degree from Drake University Law School and an LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law.
Paul Reardon
Chief Executive Officer, Zia Trust
Paul has been a member of the Zia team since October 2019, and was appointed the Chief Executive Officer of Zia Trust, Inc. in 2022. In addition to the completion of the American Bankers Association Trust School program, Paul has been trained in New Mexico and Arizona Trust Code. Throughout several decades of business experience, Paul has held roles responsible for profitability, operations, customer service, order fulfillment, and more. His background in finance, accounting, and marketing makes him well equipped to lead the company, along with the Board of Directors, and to serve clients and beneficiaries in the Southwest and across the United States. Paul has called Albuquerque home for nearly 40 years, and enjoys cycling and ballooning.
Randy Huston, CFP®, MA
Executive Vice President, Yellowstone Trust Administration, Inc.
Randy Huston serves as Executive Vice President for Yellowstone Trust Administration, Inc., a third-party administrator for Charitable Trusts.
Randy is a Certified Financial Planner © with expertise in charitable estate planning. He has a B.A. in Business Administration, a master’s degree in social science and has been a real estate broker. Randy has worked in the financial services field with charitable trusts for 30 years. He has been a frequent speaker on charitable trusts for internal training with Broker Dealers, Insurance companies, and charities.
Randy has a unique perspective in the Charitable Trust field because of his background previously as a Planned Giving Officer, as a current owner of Yellowstone Trust Administration, and as a CFP ®. He is an advisor to advisors to show how charitable trusts can be a useful part of clients’ financial plan.
